2-Hour 4×4 Tour: Nomads, Mifis & Khamlia
Merzouga, Morocco · with Achabou Luxury Camp
Nomad families, an old mining village, Gnawa music and the dunes of the Paris–Dakar rally.
About this activity
In two hours this 4×4 tour shows you the life around the dunes. First we visit a nomad family in their tent of woven wool and share a glass of tea.
Then we drive to Mifis, an old abandoned mining village in the black desert, and to Khamlia, the village of the Gnawa people, known for its music and drums.
On the way back we cross the dunes where the Paris–Dakar rally used to pass – a fun ride before you return to the camp.
