Cook and eat Berber pizza and a tagine with a family in Khamlia.
About this activity
In a family home in the village of Khamlia you learn to make two dishes of the desert. Berber pizza (medfouna) is bread filled with meat, onions, eggs and spices, baked in a clay oven.
Then you prepare a tagine with vegetables and spices and cook it slowly on the fire.
At the end you sit down together and eat what you cooked, with Moroccan mint tea.
