Visit a Nomad Family
Merzouga, Morocco · with Achabou Luxury Camp
Tea in a nomad tent and a look at life in the desert.
About this activity
Some families around Merzouga still live as nomads, moving with their goats and camels and living in tents of woven wool.
With a guide from Merzouga you visit one of these families, drink tea with them and see how they bake bread, collect water and care for their animals. It is a simple and human meeting – please be respectful and ask before taking photos.
The visit is part of our 2-hour 4×4 tour, or we can organise it on its own.
